Just saw my psychotherapist. She wants me to do ECT in the public hospital. She thinks I’ve gone downhill and delusional. I’m so scared. I said no and she threatened to schedule me (under the Mental health Act). I’m terrified. Everything is so overwhelming. Apparently the private hospital won’t cater for my needs. Just crying my eyes out.
